Ethan's Birthday at Disneyland

We took Ethan to Disneyland on his actual birthday. You get in free on your birthday, and if you are a season pass holder, and your birthday falls on a day that you can get in, they give you an alternate gift. Ethan got a gift card to spend in the park that was worth $62, which is the price of a child's admission. Score! So we went and had a great time! Here are pictures and what we did that day.

Ethan and Dad

Lots of characters were out that day. Ethan got alot of pictures with his favorite characters. Here he is with Pluto.

Mickey!

Minnie!

Waiting in line with Dad for the rocket ride.

Ethan is very into posing right now, and he likes to do silly poses as well. Here he is looking GQ.

Here he is looking like a goofball.

Again with the silliness.

On the rockets...Jason got a bit queasy with Ethan at the wheel.

We got very lucky and Ethan got picked to do the Jedi Training Academy. Yay! I'm so glad they picked him, because it was the best thing that could have happened to him on his birthday. Here he is waiting to get his lightsaber.

Getting warmed up.

Here comes Darth Vader

Darth Maul. Scary!

Trying to figure out who was talking. Of course, our son his the only one not paying attention.

Posing again.

On It's a Small World. It was all decorated for the holidays.

Tick Tock

Ethan got his face painted like a pirate.

Up close with Dad.

See what I mean about posing?

He wanted to go show the fairies his face painted like a pirate.

With Tinkerbell

We left Disneyland around 5pm and went to Downtown Disney to see The Princess and the Frog. It was really good and Ethan loved it. I loved it because I didn't have to walk for 90 minutes!

We stopped in at the Lego Store to check out the Legos and Ethan wanted to pose next to Darth.

Building Legos.

Ethan fell asleep before we even got out of the parking structure. I would say it was a great day. Jason and I had so much fun with him, and it will hold so many memories for us. We love you Ethan!
