Today, Jason and I decided to try and take Ethan to go see Horton Hears a Who! at the movie theatre. We tried taking him to see a movie when he was younger and that didn't work. So he was good, for about 20 minutes, and then he wanted to explore everywhere. That was really difficult. He would sit still for 5 minutes, then wriggle around for 5. So we didn't really get to WATCH watch the movie. Anyways, he was pretty good toward the end and we didn't have to take him out because he was loud or anything. Yay! But we have decided that we aren't taking him to see a movie again until after he turns 4. He really needs to be able to sit still.
After that, we needed to run errands, and we had to go to Sam's Club. (Warning: Graphic Details) Well, we walked in the store and we were there for about 2 minutes and Ethan threw up. This has never happened to me in public yet, so in a way I am lucky. However, it was quite embarrassing having to ask someone to clean up your child's vomit, while they are trying to cling to you because they are upset. It turned out ok. He heaved like 3 times before we got someone to help us, but then he was fine the rest of the day. He has been sick, and I think he gagged himself with mucus, and that made him throw up. I am just always paraniod, because last summer when he threw up alot, he ended up being put in the hospital. So, I am glad he is ok. He fell asleep on the way home.
So, that was our day! Fun! Hope everyone else had a good day. Wait for Horton to come out on video before watching. Not worth the admission price.
