In case you didn't notice our main picture up there at the top, we would like to announce that we are expecting our second child, due March 4th, 2010. That due date could change, since I am just 7 week along. Ethan's due date changed 3 times and he was still late so who knows!
Anyways, we are very excited to add this addition to our family. I am excited to document this pregnancy through my blog, since I didn't have it the first time. And if there isn't a blog for awhile, then you know that I'm not feeling very well!

Happy Independence Day!
We had quite a busy day on the 4th. We had a pancake breakfast at 8 in the morning at the church. It was super good and fun. There were lots of things for the kids to do too. Ethan had a blast.
...and baby. Walking right under our porch! It was crazy! My grandma said it was the first time she had ever seen a bear there and they have had the cabin for 40 years.
I was glad to share the fireworks on the water with Jason and Ethan. We used to do it all the time when we were little, so it was really cool to pass that on to my husband and son.
Admiring the table decorations.
After that, we went up to my grandparents cabin in Lake Arrowhead for a BBQ with family and to watch the fireworks out on the lake. It was a lot of fun. We even had unexpected guests....Mama Bear...

The next day we went to Jason's parents and Sara had sparklers for the kids. They lit them off around dusk and loved them. These were taken with my phone.

Cousin Fun!
The end of June, we got together and met Sara, Lily and Brooke over at Victoria Gardens to play in the water fountain and have lunch. Ethan wouldn't go in at first, but finally he did. It was great hanging out with them.
They really love each other, and I think it's cute how they look nothing alike! You would never guess they are related.
It was fun and we had a great time with the girls. It's nice having them living closer to us now.

Celebration of Life
On June 27th, my cousin Nicole and her dad Steve, had a party at their house to celebrate Robin Love, who passed away this past May from a long battle with cancer. She didn't want any kind of service, so this was a get-together to celebrate her life. Lots of friends and family came out to support them.
My great-aunt and brother Adam
